壩德小學屬於端鳩村（村民4000多人）的壩德村小組（村民370人）。端鳩村下共有三個教學點：壩德、吉半和那弄。
壩德小學建於1982年，土木結構，今年3月停用，現借用當地村民用房。壩德至端鳩村完小要4至5公里，步行約1小時。所以低年級學生仍需在教學點就讀。
目前壩德小學共有學生27人，為一年級和三年級學生，若有校舍，可招到4年級，估計將有學生四五十人。現有教師一名。
Bade Elementary belongs to the Bade Group (370 people) of the Duanjiu Village
(with a total of 4000 villagers). Duanjiu Village has 3 school locations: Bade, Jiban
and Nanong.
Bade Elementary was built in 1982 with a earth and wood structure. In March of this
year they stopped using the building and are currently holding classes in a village
common room. There is about 4 and 5 kilometers distance between Bade and
Duanjiu Complete Elementary, which takes about an hour on foot. So the younger
students have nothing to do but stay back in Bade and read books.
Currently, Bade has 27 1st and 3rd grade students. If they had the facilities, they
could probably recruit up through 4th grade. Teacher predict they could have 40 or
50 students. There is currently only one teacher.
