爛泥沖小學建於1967年，木結構房，現已牆板破爛，整體建築略微傾斜。木皮材質屋頂，腐爛漏雨，操場地面坑窪不平整。
學校現有學生84名，6年級3個班，採用複式教育。老師3位，中師以上學歷。該校教輔設施較齊全，籃球架、乒乓球台、爬杆均是老師自製，另外還有基本的教具和體育器材。
Lan Ni Chong Elementary was built in 1967. Made from wood, the walls are already
severely damaged and the entire structure is leaning on its side. The wooden roof
is decaying and leaks, the playground is full of bumps and holes.
The school currently has 84 students, divided into 3 classes of 6 different grades.
Classes are doubled up so that 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, and 5th & 6th graders must
have classes together. There are currently 3 teachers, all licensed with elementary
and middle school teaching credentials. They have supplies, including a basketball hoop, ping pong table and a climbing pole, all provided by the teachers, along with
basic school supplies and athletic equipment.
