學校原由雜多縣佐青寺慈誠木蘭活佛創辦，現有學生30名，教室、辦公室各1間，宿舍4間，食堂1間。因目前學校設在佐欽寺內，與政府規定宗教單位不得興辦學校相悖
且學生人數在增加中，原校舍已不夠用，為此學校需遷址擴建。
新校舍概況：
學校改擴建總建築面積為299.80平方米，有教室二間，每間50平方米；學生宿舍三間每間33.60平方米；食堂/廚房一間，63平方米。學校竣工時間為2008年9月。
School was founded by Living Buddha Ci Cheng Mulan from Zuoqing temple. It has
30 students, 1 classroom and 1 office, 4 dorms and 1 kitchen. The school was set
up inside Zuoqing temple, which breached government's rule that religionary units could not build schools. Meanwhile, the old schoolhouse is not big enough now
because the number of students is increasing. This school needs to be rebuilt in a
new place.
New Schoolhouse Conditions:
The school has been reorganized to a total area of 299.80 square meters which
includes 2 classrooms, each with 50 square meters; 3 student's dormrooms, each
with 33.60 square meters; Attached facilities include a dining room and a
kitchen,total with 63 square meters. The school was completed in Sep., 2008.
